Your monthly rent includes a fully furnished room, shared living spaces, all utilities, and wifi.
No, visitors are not allowed due to the safety of others and community rules.
While BGC does not currently provide meals or transportation, our homes include fully equipped kitchens for cooking, and we are located near bus routes, grocery stores, and community resources for your convenience.
Move-in time varies, but in many cases, BGC can welcome residents within 24-72 hours based on availability, application, & community fees. We do not charge deposits, but we do charge a community fee of $300.
